The Whole Hog Pig Butchery Demonstration: Wednesday, March 24 and 31
Formaggio Kitchen 8:30pm
In anticipation of the great pig event known as Cochon555, we are
hosting a rare opportunity to view pig butchery and charcuterie tasting
at our Cambridge store.We will have a small heritage breed pig
on hand and Julie, Charcutiere of Formaggio Kitchen and Jason, Chef of South End Formaggio will demonstrate the process of breaking it down into
smaller parts for use in charcuterie or meal preparation.
Class size is limited to 15 people. Each participant will be given a take-home package of our housemade charcuterie.
